Remodeling
Specializing in room additions, basement finish, large kitchen and bathroom renovations and commercial renovations, Don Padgett has been working with Remodeling customers for over 20 years.
The typical room addition is 14' x 20' with an additional bathroom for the home. A large amount of room addition projects consist of 800 square feet of additional space. The standard basement finishes consist of 1200 square feet including additional living space with bathroom facilities and closets. Commercial renovations have been completed up to 5,000 square feet and multi tenant spaces.
Every remodel has its own unique style whether it is residential or commercial. We pride ourselves on scheduling and communication - most jobs are completed in four to six weeks, depending on the scope of the work. We provide all services consisting of drawings, permits, inspections & final cleaning.
